Consent to Receive Informational and Promotional Materials (Newsletters)
1. Subject of the Agreement
By this document, the user of the website https://hydrotrade.engineering/ (hereinafter — «User») gives their explicit and voluntary consent to LLC «HYDROTRADEENGINEERING» (hereinafter — «Administration») for the processing of their personal data, namely:
- email addresses;
- contact phone number;
- messenger account data (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram).
This consent is given for the purpose of receiving informational and promotional newsletters.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
The data provided by the User is used by the Administration solely for sending messages through the specified communication channels, which contain:
- News and updates related to the activities of the Administration and its services.
- Information about current and upcoming promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Informational materials and advice related to the Administration’s area of activity.
3. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
The Administration undertakes not to transfer the User’s personal data to third parties without their prior consent, except in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
Exception: In the case of joint marketing campaigns with partners, the Administration may approach the User with a request to provide consent for the transfer of their data to a third party for participation in such a campaign. Such transfer is carried out only with the explicit, prior consent of the User.
4. Right to Withdraw Consent
The User has the right to withdraw their consent to receive newsletters at any time, which will result in the cessation of processing their personal data for the specified purpose. To withdraw consent, the User may:
- use the «Unsubscribe» link contained in the emails;
- send a written request to stop the newsletter to the Administration’s official email address provided on the website;
- notify their wish via messenger.
5. Legal Force
Providing consent to receive newsletters is considered acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and constitutes a sufficient legal basis for the Administration to process the User’s personal data in accordance with the requirements of the current data protection legislation.
